The Target Sunnyvale remodel transformed a closed‑in, shared food‑court café into a bright, 3,000 sq ft destination that brings the outdoors inside for a tech‑savvy Silicon Valley customer base. We opened the plan, introduced high ceilings, large windows, live planters, custom concrete benches and playful “Kiddie Cubes,” and commissioned West Coast artists to create site‑specific artworks. The redesign improved flow and family friendliness, aligned operations with Target (including partner Coffee Masters training), and delivered a well‑received, activated café experience.
